Thanks, I have found that archive. But I m new to this Panel, I was loking for the file that configure the applications. In the menu is the same. I found /etc/xdg/lxde-applications.menu and in xdg the other files.
  I will try to edit that files.

Question. If I want a personal menu can I make an /home/user/.xdg dir to edit the files.

Thanks,

it's a bad idea to edit lxde-applications.menu, because it's automatically updated when you install or remove apps...

if you have apps that don't appear in menu (installed manually in your /home for example) you can add lines in the menu section of ~/.config/fbpanel/default, like this:
BASH Code:
plugin {
    type = menu
    expand = false
    padding = 0
    config {
        image = ~/.config/fbpanel/arch.png
        systemmenu {
        }
#######section to add (cancel this comment when it's done)
        menu {
            name = Personal menu
            icon = icon you like (found in /usr/share/icons/Azenis)
            item {
                name = App1
                icon = icon you like
                action = command to launch app1
            }
            item {
                name = App2
                icon = icon you like
                action = command to launch app2
            }
#######end of section to add
        separator {
        }
        item {
            icon = system-upgrade
            name = Redémarrer
            action = dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest="org.freedesktop.ConsoleKit" /org/freedesktop/ConsoleKit/Manager org.freedesktop.ConsoleKit.Manager.Restart
        }
        item {
            icon = system-log-out
            name = Éteindre
            action = dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest="org.freedesktop.ConsoleKit" /org/freedesktop/ConsoleKit/Manager org.freedesktop.ConsoleKit.Manager.Stop
        }
    }
}

this will give you a new submenu named "personal menu", but the rest of the menu will not change; note that only fbpanel menu is concerned, not openbox menu...
make a backup of ~/.config/fbpanel/default, you can reverse if you do mistakes.

Removing an icon from the menu is pointless.
If you don't want an application anymore, uninstall its package (pacman -Rs app). The menu entry will disappear.

You can't edit the menu of fbpanel, for a simple reason: it is generated from the files in /usr/share/applications.
Those files come with the applications' packages.
