In my poor user opinion, I think that it should help to have an 'How To' section in the forum where users can put their how to.
This should permit a more collaborative environment, and will (I hope) reduce the work for the Admin, and help new users.

When I see a good tutorial idea, I write it, test it and put it on ctkarch.org/documentation/tutorials
