Some times ago i see Austrumi linux. I don`t like slackware based distros but in Austrumi i found simple gui tool for rebuild ISO. It`s work fine. Do you plan to do something for rebuild CTKARCH ISO ? P.S. I`m programmer and if you wish I can help you in it. From Russia with love

I do not understand what exactly you wish to do.
Rebuilding, sure, but why? What do you want to change in the iso? There's already the possibility of including addons in the iso image, for instance : ctkarch.org/documentation/0.7/#ctkhome |

Sorry for my english
![]() Step by step (as in austrumi) : 1.user download ctkarch iso image, burn it. 2.load into ctkarch live system, then install on disk 3.work with system (install/remove packages, change scripts , etc) and want make own liveCD with these changes. 4.Run tool (GUI !) for rebuild and get new iso image with liveCD. In austrumi this tool unpack curent iso image in to hdd, then user synhronize installed system with this unpaked iso, then tool pack iso image and burn it. Simple and usefull! You need to get isomaster: yaourt -S isomaster
Add-ons allow you to change what you want. Add packages, change the config: they were meant for that. You do not need to install the system to change it! |
